When we arrived, we learned we had been given an upstairs room and there was no elevator. We appreciated being immediately moved to a ground floor room. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable King bed, both refrigerator and microwave worked well and there was a coffee maker in the room. We also enjoyed breakfast being included. It was a good stay.
No elevator if you have heavy luggage but nice young man at desk helped carry Friendly and efficient staff.
Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast

Best part is location .Across the street from Taco Bell,40 feet from a mini mart .Second part is cara who is simply superb .Smiles #1 cheerful #2 listens attentively.#3 Gives positive feed back without an attitude .#4 As a customer lets you know if there is any problems shows you what numbers to call and highlights those numbers with a yellow highlighter .Checking out cody .laid back and a good listener .The king bed is so soft I didnt want to get out of it for hours .Jacuzzi was marvelous small room but cozy .Breakfast very good .Lobby bright and clean .gift shop small and quaint very impressive items for sale .Very quiet aside from doors slamming .Very long corridor upstairs expect an echo .This is my second review .Without people like CARA to check you in we would be lost without her professionalism .we love you cara .my wife likes you .My wife doesnt give compliments easily .If you have not received a raise lately I personally recommend you for one like at least a dollar higher than wait you are currently making .Thanks sincerely Marc and Merlene Jacobson.
