Wonderful staff clean rooms a perfect place to stay.
The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The valet was very helpful, checking in and checking out; they went above and beyond. The check in may need a bit of Customer Service tweaking, acknowledging and being friendly. I requested additional pillows due to my disability but only received one, so my sleep was disturbed. I requested toiletries and was informed that I had to go down to get them; that was the first time the hotel had done so. Usually, they bring up to the room. The shower was leaking and I used towels to catch the water. The tub was a nice feature. It was a relaxing stay; we enjoyed the show and being able to go to our room after we gambled and ate dinner. Thank you for the wonderful experience; until next time.
The room was great. Very clean. The room was very cold. It took along to warm it up.
The hotel is nice, clean and inviting.

Isleta is always fun. We had the best time. We ate good food. The pool is amazing and the spa! There is golfing and the city is amazing with lots to do. Stay here for Balloon Fiesta. There’s excellent food, gambling, clubs and lots to do and New Mexico is beautiful!
