We were greeted in a warm and professional manner. We had a reservation so check in went well. The lobby was clean and nicely decorated. Our room was clean and neat.we were staying two nights but only had three towels. It always puts a little smile on my face to see my welcome on the TV screen. I was disappointed that half of listed TV channels were unavailable. The weather was stormy so we had to stay in, with the absence of any real selection of channels, we each used the WiFi account most of our stay. Check out was quick and easy. We did have to remind the front desk agent when we arrived that we were award members so we could receive our bottled water upon arrival.
The room was nice and clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything concerning our stay was what we’ve come to expect of Hampton. My concern is using Hampton number I was directed to Expedia. No way to know I’d been directed to third party. I know this is out of your hands but I consider this to be fraud on third party. Won’t let it happen again.
We have the towels to where you either want to reuse them or have fresh towels daily.
6 a.m to 10 a.m. Complementary Deluxe Hot Breakfast, Has eggs fixed different ways, different meats, old fashion Oat meal, cold cereals, fresh fruit , pastries, different breads. We also has different choices of yogurt and waffle mixes with 2 different sizes of waffle makers.
