Hotel was filthy. It's supposed to be non smoking but they let guest smoke at the entrance. The night front desk person took her smoke breaks at the entrance too. The carpets were seriously greasy looking stains everywhere. I kept my shoes on and would not let a bare foot touch that filth. Sheets and towels were clean. The bathroom looked liked someone had emptied their electric razor and spread hair stable all around the sink and even on the walls. Side door were not locked. Anyone could come and go. I did not feel safe. I couldn't wait to get out of there to another hotel to get the stink of the place off of me Do not stay at this hotel.
The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and in a safe location. I would revisit this hotel if I ever go back to W.V.
The bathroom was infested with small black bugs that bit my wife and I. The shower wall was so dirty that your hand stuck to it. The hotel is run down and needs to be closed. STAY AWAY !

The shower didn't get hot enough water The pool looked bad.
The hotel was nice. Beds were comfy. It was quiet at night. The hotel has two pools indoor and outdoor and a nice exercise room. We will be back. I think the only critique would be the bar/restaurant. The staff was great but the food could have been better. But that's it, overall it was a great stay.
