Although we did need to move to another room due to A/C issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was better than most hotels that provide "breakfast." Would stay there again for sure.

The staff was professional, caring and always making sure we had everything we needed. Clean also!
Was very clean and fit our needs for the night.
I booked through a third party service who immediately charged my credit card for the full amount before stay started. I changed my plans and only used 1/4 of the room reserved. I have yet to receive a refund.

I had a wonderful two days and now that's at your hotel. I was even allowed to bring my beloved dog, Thelma Lou with me. They were the last days I got to spend with her before I had to move to an apartment where I wasn't allowed to bring her with me. My ex husband then took her to a shelter. She's 12 years old and shouldn't be in a shelter. It breaks my heart that I can't have her with me. But I truly enjoyed my stay at your hotel in Chestertown MD.
