They lied about the home Paige of how the hotel looks like lobby was hot as well as the rooms they put fans in the room and said the actual was working slow.
First impressions matter: even the parking lot has deteriorated into broken concrete and the covered portion is soiled with bird droppings. The interior of the building an one enters is bare very uninviting. No lobby; no lobby seating. One of two guest elevator works the other doesn't. Not all the floor buttons within the elevator light up. I was given a room on the sixth floor where the soda and ice machines were out of order. The ice machine on the 2nd floor did work, as noted on the 6th floor ice machine. My room had an A/C that blew hot air only my room was easily over 80° so I insisted on a new room (which was provided). That room had a working though loud AC. The carpets in the hallways and rooms had numerous stains but appears to be well vacuumed. The bathrooms were clean as were the towels, although not all the towels were of great quality (too thin in places). The booking promised a "continental breakfast"; but there was none and when I inquired, I was told that COVID had stopped it so I guess it hasn't been there in the last five years! It appeared that the managers were making great efforts to turn the place around but they have a LONG way to go to attract people. I, for example, would NEVER BOOK A ROOM there again. I think the place reflects VERY POORLY on Wyndham and I am surprised Wyndham would put its name on the place.
Too many people hanging outside front of hotel looked like others lived there as well. Would not ever stay there again.
