Hotel was clean and nice. Hot tub closed 1st night but 2nd night it was open. Overall good stay!
Joan at the front desk was very pleasant considering she's a Buckeye fan. I won't hold that against her. I can even overlook the fact that she is also a Cowboys fan. Two strikes against her and she still pulled through! Had a great stay! Plenty to do within walking distance. Couple of the floors were being remodeled but didn't affect our stay. Everyone was pleasant and respectful.
Very clean and quiet hotel. Love the parkway side.
I won't stay anywhere else..
For the money that we spent for this hotel we expected the room to be better than what it is. Your pool are spa area needs work and so do the rooms. For a 546 night we expected a room like in Gatlinburg not a sorry bathroom like we had we also expected a bar but again there wasn't one When I made the reservation I wasn't told it was a 3rd party and I specifically asked if this hotel was the one at the island with a restaurant and I was told yes. Um the correct answer is no After this experience I very seriously doubt we will ever stay at another Margaritaville hotel.

We have stayed at Margaritaville several times in Pigeon Forge, it is close to everything we want to do. The pools and rooms are always clean.
