We had an excellent check in. The staff was friendly and informative. The rooms were clean.
This hotel is not ready for guests. There was not a restaurant open in the hotel and the one that they recommended nearby is not open (Rusty Anchor). The “continental breakfast” should not be called that because it was just stale bread, stale cereal, coffee, juice. They would not refresh/service the room while we stayed there for three nights. I had to ask for more bathroom accessories. The pool was not open. Only two out of the dozen employees we encountered were friendly. They could not provide basic information about the trails of which one was directly across from the hotel or any information we asked for about the area. the place is rundown. We will not be returning to this hotel.
Main concern is web site links to an off sight for reservations. My rooms cost was almost twice as much with the inability to cancel without a large cost. Doubt I’ll ever come back.
