We had a great stay and will definitely return. Carlos, at the front desk, was amazing. He was very friendly and we just loved his attitude. There was one spanish lady who happened to have just started with you (she was in charge of the breakfast). She, too, was very friendly, accommodating and just overall pleasant to deal with.
Sometimes it's the people who make the difference. Mom and I have been going to this hotel many times a year but this time was for a funeral. We were recognized when we came in and from the housekeeping to the front desk, it was better than it has ever been. I thank you due to the difficult time my mother was going through.

I got a handicap room. The door entering on the side was not working to get into the hotel I had to walk all the way around when my room was the last one on the floor next to that door. I asked the girl at the desk if there was a door she said yes and told me where it was but failed to tell me it did not work! I brought a swimsuit to use that and it was out of order I was not told about that.I was treated by some kind of bug the 1st night I was here. I have no idea what kind it was. The shower is for handicap which would be great if the handheld shower cord was long enough to reach the seat. The side of the tub was discusting. The plumbing is so loud it wakes you when any of the rooms flush or shower. The whole place is so run down and dirty. They offered me a different room and it was as bad or worse then the one I was in. I will never stay here again.
We have stayed here about four times now on our way to Cleora Oklahoma. The towels and bedding are clean and vacuumed and dusted. The staff is friendly and the breakfast covers all the bases.
Pleasant atmosphere. Staff at desk were very knowledgeable and friendly.
