Traci, who checked us in, was pleasant and knowledgeable. After determining our suite was either occupied or unavailable due to maintenance, she readily found another room and upgraded us due to the inconvenience. Our room was very nice, the breakfast was hot each day with multiple selections and the staff members we came in contact with were very courteous.
The staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean with all we needed.
Called ahead, gave credit card number to reserve a room, but didn’t get the double bed room that was reserved OR the points from account. Made due on sofa bed, but everything else was okay.

Very clean, bed and pillow comfortable. Everyone very friendly and helpful.

The elevator area and front dear and hallways are a bit shabby, but our room and bathroom were very nice and updated. The breakfast was quite good and we sat at the tables in that area to play cards and visit. All good. We would return for sure.

From check in to check out it was awesome!
I first want to say that the staff were all kind and friendly. BUT the building itself was horrible. Our door to the room you can tell was broken into and many other doors down the hall looked the same. Paint job was only half down like you tried but did not want to cut in around the doors, handles, ceiling, etc…. The air conditioner made noise belt needs to be changed. Temperature in room was stuffy then cold, no consistency. Towels, floor and shower DIRTY. We stay at Holiday Inn’s but would never go back to this one.
