Highlight: Stephen, the chef on duty, was friendly and prepared delicious food.
There were some issues with hot water and a little construction happening in the building, the overall property is nice. The restaurant was good and host was excellent. Customer service was top notch.
Not told that there would be a pull out bed rather than two queen bed first of all second of all until I arrive second of all was not told that the breakfast would be poor and that they were adults if you wanted anything extra was not told that it was not available That they quit cooking early and they didn’t have would not have any eggs or anything and all the keys did not work and then I was salted by the dance person. I said that I was putting it in wrong whenever he is the one who did not put the key card to the key card right and so I had to stand on the outside, trying to get in and then he comes out says oh you did it wrong. There’s only two damn ways you can put the key card in so anyway so we will not be staying at a Hilton Garden again ever.

The staff was excellent. The woman who works the bar was very friendly and helpful, as was the woman who worked the breakfast buffet. The woman who was at the front desk was also good. The best part of this experience was definitely the staff.
