We had a cockroach and pillows with hair. Moved to another room that had smelly pillows and a beat up kinda gross feel. Bathroom was also not updated/clean.
It was all good, except for the tv, could not get it on or turn it off. Had to get desk clerk to do it.
We really enjoyed our stay. My son loved the pool and the breakfast.
AWFUL. DONT GO HERE.

Although we only stayed one night, we were very satisfied. Mary at front desk was polite, professional and very courteous. Hot tub was extremely enjoyable and watching the snow fall outside was epic as the pool and tub were enclosed with lots of windows and a glass dome top! Bed was comfortable. Price was reasonable. Excellent value.
