We have been staying in Embassy Suites for many years. The last two times we’ve ended up in s small room. Also the front desk attiwas that on “it’s not my problem “.
We participate in Hilton''s "Clean The World" program, which collects all unfinished bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and recycles and sends to countries in need.
Breakfast is complimentary, included in the rate. Includes continental items, hot buffet, and cooked to order omelets, french toasts, pancakes, etc.
