I like the hotel, I really liked our room. I have two things I didn’t like. There’s very little parking and valet is 30$. I’m good with 20$ but 30 is a bit much. Also there’s a mobile bank around the corner that has a concerning amount of homeless people hanging out. So you don’t want to park a nice vehicle on the street.

Great Stay
I accidentally booked my stay through a third party. I called the hotel’s number listed on google (or so I thought) and then was connected with someone who was very nice and professional and helped me book my room for a specific price. I asked the person on the phone to confirm that the price he was giving me was the total price, inclusive of all fees and he said yes. When I showed up to check in at the hotel they added an additional fee (for “holding” my room which I thought was the purpose of booking hotels and I’m still confused by this since I booked only 6 hours in advance) and the refundable deposit to my charge, which I expected. All in all, my stay was comfortable. The hotel itself was a bit dated and had a very loud mechanical unit inside one of the closets. I just wish the hotel’s customer service was better and that they would have just removed the additional charge (only $30) instead of making me ask and make extra calls to figure out what happened. I’ll be staying somewhere else next time I’m in Tulsa.
