We arrived very late to the hotel. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. They even offered us hot chocolate, hot coffee or tea, as it was bitter cold when we arrived and snowy. Also didn’t help that we’re from Florida and definitely not used to 20° and snow. Thank to the staff for providing us with a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back to this hotel when we are in the Pittsburgh area.
