I booked this room for an elderly family member and I explained he was on oxygen and couldn't do an excessive amount of walking. I requested a room on the lowest floor near the amenities and they said that's what he would have. When he arrived they put him in a third floor room which required a lot of unnecessary struggle for him.
not able to get late check out and keys didn't work one night but staff immediately fixed keys.
I booked a room twice in the same week on different days on YOUR OFFFICIAL WEBSITE. Then you rerouted my reservation through EXPEDIA.COM. Without my consent nor knowledge, Expedia charged me roughly an additional $45 for protection plans for the event of a possible cancelation. I only found out about this because I received an email asking if I wanted to cancel this protection AFTER I RECEIVED my digital copy of my receipt. Now onto the room, on my second visit, the climate control system was HORRIBLE! I had to put the temperature down to 60 degrees to make the room bearable. Believe me, it was not 60 in the room. Closer to 70 degrees. The shower was more like someone missing down your back. I had to wait 15 minutes for the water temperature to get to luke warm and then when the showerhead FINALLY kicked on, the water barely flowed out. Just enough water pressure to get the flow through the showerhead. What should have been a 15 minute shower took 30 minutes!
