Fire alarm went off 11a had to stand outdoors for 45 min poor response by fire trucks 14 min to arrive staff would not communicate.
January 3, 2025 front desk clerk Cal was very professional. Room was clean.
The hotel was fine. Nice and clean, good location from the airport. The check in was quick and easy even though there was only one clerk working. She was pleasant and efficient.
The desk staff were very nice. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds were quite comfortable. The meeting room was spacious and well lit. After three days of all day meetings, the chairs were still comfortable!
Our flight was cancelled and we needed a hotel quickly. Extremely helpful staff and shuttle service.
