Very clean place, beds were comfy and the staff were very nice.
Bathroom sink did not have hot water. No housekeeping to check if I need fresh towels. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Garbage sat in the hall for over 12 hours in front of several rooms. The gym was clean.

I would not ever book another room from this company. Immediately walking in, you are tripping over lose carpet and this is in the lobby/halls! The hotel room wasn’t any better. Beds were lumpy (like not even at all), hard as a rock and so uncomfortable. I may have slept an hour. In the morning, I attempted to take a shower…oh guess what, no hot water. Not warm, just cold. When I said something, they said they would send someone up. Too late at that point, we were leaving shortly after. Then on our way out, the ice machines were broke! No manager on site to say anything to or at least that is what I was told.
The hotel smelled disgusting as soon as you walked in the lobby. When we got in our room there were foot print stains on the carpet coming out of the bathroom. There was no thermostat on the wall, just wires hanging out. And when we checked our beds there was a giant stain on the sheets. Absolutely disgusting!
Pool closed again, no breakfast buffet. Room temperature prob.
