Room was comfortable. Shower was great. Breakfast was good, but dining room chairs needed to be replaced. Could use an update. Staff was friendly.
They were very accommodating, especially since my child had surgery. Staff was very friendly and checking on us.
I stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites located at 10945 Route 60 in Ashland Kentucky on 6/22/25. I immediately felt at home the smell of bleach indicating the Inn was very clean and also looked clean the carpets, counters, cabinets and walls were very clean in the lobby and entrance. My room #208 was the same bathroom was immaculate along with the bedding, fridge desks, microwave were also spotless clean and smelled clean. Congrats to all staff and management there, keep doing what they're and I will be proud to stay there again and continue to stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites in the future.
Pleasant stay. Jacuzzi was pleasant after the long drive.

The people were very cheerful and helpful, from the front desk, the housekeeping staff and the breakfast lady.
Solid hotel and needs upgrading. Nice sized room and great lighting. Breakfast eggs not good. Cut into cubes and a strange color. Oatmeal toppings including full walnuts a bright spot.
Would stay there again.
The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are soft with plenty of pillows. Hot shower. Quiet. Really nice place to stay.
