I asked about tall toilets. The receptionist didn't understand. Anyone that has had hip surgery needs the taller toilets for safety.

See above plus at checkout spoke w desk clerk n didn’t attempt to help me continually repeated to me that the status quo re towel supply n trash removal timing was hotel POLICY n no matter what I said hotel POLICY WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN MY FAMILY. Told him that without customers like me that they would have no policies. Your 15/5 rule was being violated. Your desk clerk is not a people person n has no business dealing w the public. Am very disappointed in your operation we paid too much n was treated shabbily. How can I give recommendations of Marriott after this fiasco. Give me a reason to change my opinion.
