This is an amazing hotel. The rooms are incredible. The staff are helpful and friendly. I don’t get to Chattanooga often but if I do come back, I will stay there.
Disappointed that our room had no regular coffee or tissues in the bathroom. Room was serviced once during our three day stay but items noted above were never provided. Breakfast was okay and common area bathroom was very messy.

Hot breakfast buffet included in rates. Meats change daily- (sausage, bacon, or turkey sausage), eggs, gravy, biscuits, waffles, variety of cereals, yogurts, milk, 3 juices, oatmeal with toppings, fresh fruit platters, ham and cheese platter, variety of sweet breads, coffee.

Wonderful
Springhill Suites was a clean, quiet stay for the wedding weekend we were attending. Terrific breakfast was included in our stay. A gluten free bread would have been appreciated. Rooms were well organized and convenient.
Only suggestion would be, tables at the pool with umbrellas.
Has to be the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. Also Miss Linda was so very helpful and truly helped take care of a little hiccup. Highly recommend this establishment 100%.
