The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.
I always like staying here when I am in Syracuse. The staff here is amazing. This trip I was traveling to Virginia with my 75 year old father who is a disabled veteran. We realized shortly after our plane took off from Syracuse that he had left his insulin in the fridge in the room. The staff worked with our family and FedEx to make sure it was retrieved from the fridge and shipped down to us in Virginia. Life savers, literally!
Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff helpful. Five minutes from Destiny Mall. Would recommend.
