The room was clean, quiet, staff was extremely friendly especially the girl working the breakfast area. Location is conveniently located right off the exit and plenty of places near by to get a bite to eat.
The hotel and the room were clean. The breakfast was very good. Pleasant experience.

I must have used a third party. I had a number for Hampton Inn. I gave them my address, etc. When I got there, they had the reservation and it was prepaid, but no information. Hotel said I wanted a "handicap" room. I did not tell the person that. I am not handicapped and I would never take away the room for someone who has a disability and I wouldn't use that word anyway. However, I did like the stool in the shower for toiletries. My debit card didn't work in the hotel machine yet I used it few times before I got there both going there and returning. It worked at the restaurant across the street. Clerks weren't at the front desk all of the time which surprised me. They were there the other times I was there. I love staying at this location but I think I will try another Hampton closer to I 75.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. If I ever need to visit again I will definitely stay here.
