The head chef was amazing and delightful!
Handicap shower had very low water pressure and light was out, making it more difficult than last couple times I stayed. Employee parked vehicle in handicap striped area. We let them know it was blocking our access lift to deploy and have room for me to load two hours before we left and had to go back in when we left to address issue again. Front desk person moved vehicle for employee. New management not up to my standards will be staying elsewhere.
Room 502's heat didn't work. Someone taped hair above the bed. Very odd. Bathroom needs a remodel. Moved to 513. Much nicer room, but TV didn't work in that room.
I would not recommend this hotel.
Hilton has its own Sustainability program and standards. Yearly audit, preventative maintenance.
