The property is great. We had an issue that our door was extremely squeaky and could wake up the entire floor. I feel like that should have been an easy fix before we ever got there, but it was fixed when I responded to the text about how things were going. In that same text, I told them about the faucet going from the perfect temperature and sliding to extremely hot! That part did not get fixed.
Our hotel participates in the Green Program. If you'd like to re-use your towel, leave it hanging; otherwise, leave it on the floor and we will replace with fresh towels. We do light cleaning on rooms daily. Every 4th day we will do a light cleaning on the rooms which includes towel service and trash removal.
