Perfect location for walking around town. The one pool and hot tub were clean with a great view and nice shady seating area. Breakfast was good for a basic buffet. All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again.
Previous stays at this hotel compared to this most recent stay were like night and day. The cost of valet parking, the cleanliness of the elevators, offer of daily room cleaning or clean towels for the price per night is certainly reason for us to not return to this hotel!
Our deluxe hot breakfast is free! Lots of Make Your Own Pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, and gravy. Plus oatmeal with all the toppings, toast, bagels, muffins fruits, and juices. And don't forget to try our fresh hot famous cinnamon rolls!
We have valet parking for $39 dollars a day with unlimited in and out privileges. Guests can also choose to self-park at the city parking garage next to the hotel. We do not guarantee space in the garage - it's first come first serve.

I stayed for the night and although the room was nice, you could hear every conversation that was had out in the hallway, which meant no restful sleep. It almost seemed like the door was missing the rubber that closes the gap all around, which probably could’ve helped. The bathroom also didn’t have the fan working and the light was blinding. I would not stay there again. The bed was comfortable at least.
Room was ample. Loved the free breakfast and fresh brewed coffee. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Food was good.
We were supposed to have two beds for four of us. We ended up with a full size bed and no pullout. Two of us had to sleep in cots for our entire visit.

This hotel is centrally located if you want to visit the historical Savannah. Within walking distance to most restaurants and squares. Very clean rooms, great breakfast each morning and friendly staff. We stayed in one of the upper rooms with views of the river. Fantastic.
I enjoyed my stay at holiday inn express.Even though had air condition problem. Staff did all possible to resolve issues for comfort. Overall, the staff was great! Gail Richards who did breakfast service and Teresa at front desk two of nicest people I ever met.Feel like I made new friends. Actually all your staff working desk where very nice.
Staff and valet were very nice. Hotel was okay.
TV channels didn’t work. The keurig coffee machine didn’t work.
