I used to live in SGV and this Sheraton has been my go to hotel whenever I come back to visit. I continue to choose the Sheraton because I love the location and facilities. While the usual clientele is known to be very stuck up towards other guests, the staff are amazing and friendly. I was in San Gabriel for a girl's trip and unfortunately another guest of the hotel rudely bumped into my friend and spoke badly about us thinking I could not understand the language. However, as rude as the other guests could be, the staff were equally if not more friendly to make up for it.
