The location was easy to access. The front desk service was helpful. The room was ok. The bed was firm (for me this is a 5⭐️). The parking lot was tight. And my traveling companion said, “Breakfast was abysmal.” Muffins, yogurt, cereal and milk, apples, boiled eggs and coffee and juice. Eggs and sausage on the weekend (but ran out of toast/English muffins Friday). I think 3/5 is accurate.
When checking in staff was friendly and through our three day stay housekeeping also friendly and helpful. The room we had was small and we had to remove the table and chair inorder to fit the rollaway. Had damage to a few places in room but clean. The hallway, laundry room and breakfast room could have been cleaner. No Waffles. Simple cereal, yogart or toast breakfast. The view is breathtaking of the lake annd you anre in walking distance to many restaurants and cofffee shops. Overall we would give this hotel another stay.
The room was comfy, and the work area was very good. A very good place too stay, with nice walking parks close by, so you can get your exercise outside.
