The service at the hotel was friendly. Front desk personnel was professional. The coffee was great.
My wife and I stayed one night, so small sample size. Overall nice, clean, spacious rooms. Nothing seemed rundown or outdated. Front desk staff very helpful! My two small issues are the a.c. Units that don’t seem to respond consistently to the wall control. Making our room pretty hot by morning. It is also an older unit and kind of loud. The other thing is ironic. The quality of the doors (read weight) make them slam shut. So if you have inconsiderate neighbors that don’t catch theirs. Bam at 1230 at night. Breakfast is small but good quality and has something that anyone can dine from. I would recommend if coming to Lakewood.
