Hotel is a little dated with very limited dinner menu. Overall, employees are extremely friendly and helpful especially OSMAN Front Desk Manager. He made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. More people can take a lesson from him.
Had to move to three different rooms to find a room where the heat was working. Tried to have dinner in dining room, after waiting for over two hours had to leave before any food was served.
Enjoyed our stay. The breakfast meal was generously and thoughtfully offered. Apparently water is an important source of revenue. I can appreciate that unlimited, free, water is not a fair expectation, but I do think that initial, complementary, water, or water at cost would serve the Hotel’s image better.
