The Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort offers a full-service spa, beach access, a pool, and a bar/lounge.
The lobby of The Newport is welcoming and the cafe is convenient. I enjoyed the tiki bar, but found the prices somewhat high. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it wasn't always stocked with some necessities. The room offered a view of the beach, although somewhat obscured and the beach just steps from the hotel was ideal.
Has nothing to do with old.

Pool was nice and also the beach.
The customer service was outstanding. Accommodations were good.
