The cool thing about Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion is that it offers a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and an evening reception for guests to enjoy.
The hotel was convenient, staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and well laid out. The breakfast was great and the attendants were super friendly and helpful.
Bathtub would not drain. Never received a receipt on checkout, either in person, as requested, or by email. The excuse was that my reservation was made by a third party which was not the case. The price was exorbitant for the quality of the room. overall, a good night of sleep, but a very bad experience financially, professionally and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would not stay there again.

Desk top was sticky and the adjacent ledge was dusty. Lamps were dusty. Bedroom was clean; sitting room not up to par. Construction noise was unexpected. Why not forewarn guests or minimally offer a reduced rate.

Great Location
I like the “apartment” style and location. The two front desk people, Cindy and Stephan, were great. Housekeeping was also excellent.
