I had never experienced Home2Suites before and now I am spoiled for life. Everything was spot on! The two women behind the desk when I checked in were beyond kind, extremely helpful and upbeat. The entire reception crew throughout the Easter weekend displayed the ESSENCE of customer service. BRAVO AND BRAVA. The room was GORGEOUS and provided every possible amenity a guest would need. The bed and pillows...heaven! I slept so soundly both nights! The towels were so fluffy and the bathroom soaps, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, face wipes were delightful. The hotel also provided free bottled water. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the seating area comfortable and stylish. I sat facing the front window and saw my first red bird for spring! The overall facility was impeccably clean and smelled great. When I return to Bloomington, there is NO OTHER CHOICE! Five STARS for sure!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We stayed here while moving our student into his apartment. Clean and very spacious rooms. Good breakfast provided. Friendly staff. Super location. I would recommend.
