I really appreciated how helpful the staff was and how my request for a room on the ground floor was honored. The only complaint I had is that I had to wait a half hour for my room to be ready after check in time. Thankfully the staff was very kind about it. I will be staying here again.

The lady at the front desk makes this hotel! There is nothing that is too much trouble for her to do for you. One of the best front desk people that I have ever seen.
We stayed in rm 129. My husband has dementia and we had several close calls. Your staff was amazing in helping me deal with him. They showed amazing compassion and even left a gift bag to try to cheer me up. Thank you so much!
