The man at the front desk when we checked in was amazing. He helped us with a car key issue, brought a remote when one was missing from my room and the first one I tried didn't work so he brought another one that worked.
We were suppose to have this reservation transferred to another location. That did not happen as promised. 😢 we got charged for two rooms. Not sure if I would use this chain of hotels again. Remember when we could talk to the hotels instead of a robo caller.
