A late check out time was nice to have. The beds were comfortable and check in was fairly quick. Checking out was very easy and convenient.
Upon arriving the outside parking lights were like strobe light. not working. Front desk person said our room number out loud three times, when people were standing right behind us. Check in process took way too long No itemized receipt at check in. No breakdown of the taxes and fees. No number to the front desk in room, no instructions for the TV. Pillows were horrible. Bad caulk job in sink. Lines still had all the tags on them..very tacky looking.
Clean room, bed comfortable, breakfast the usual. My only problem was there was a small soap by the sink and pump bottles attached in the shower for bath gel, which was empty. I didn’t want to get out of the shower to get the little bar soap, so I washed with shampoo. At least I got clean. Grandkids loved the pool.
