I erroneously booked the night for the date I was actually booking, they didn't work with me for a refund (I get the policy but I truly didn't intend to book the same day). I called back to see if I could simply move the date, it was a no. I called the 3rd party to see if they could and it was a no. Unfortunately, they were more concerned with the "no refund" policy then decent customer service.
