I had never heard of this chain but I have to say it was very very nice. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, nice breakfast and welcomes dogs! Very friendly staff.
It was great not noisy in the hallway. Overall was a great place to stay nice and clean.
Hotel is clean and staff is so friendly. Love the cookies at 8 o'clock PM.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Each person I encountered acknowledged me. Breakfast is better than most hotels with complimentary breakfast. Room was clean, quiet and a nice size. Plenty of dog walking area. Convenient to many restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was very clean, the room was large and we walked to a very good restaurant. So we found a new place to stay on our way south and saved a hundred bucks to boot.
I only have one problem I had left my blanket there when I called they said they would have to charge my card for the shipping and they would notify me when they had the amount and when it was going to ship. Which they did not! Had I know they were going to charge my card $25 to ship a small light throw blanket that wasn't even worth that much in the first place I would have told them to keep it! So I'm a little mad I wasn't given notice of the ridiculous amount they were charging especiallywhen they said they would. I could have just bought a new one for less!
The room were very clean and good breakfast.

We came in the area for a funeral of a close family member. Everything the hotel did from check in to room assignment was great. We had dinner after visitation by take out which although was unknown by the staff they treated like a private celebration. They were great. Thank you.
The best surprise was, "no surprises"! Reservations were made very easily and the room and amenities were very awesome and I enjoyed the handicap bathroom. It was a great experience. Not often that one can find a hotel that can outshine Auburn Inn & Suites while traveling the highways. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
Employee’s are pleasant and helpful. The hotel is clean an smell great. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The beds are also comfortable to sleep in.
