I went to the checkout the very next day couldn’t even stay the full time due to the entire hallway filled with smoke when I was supposed to be in a smoke free room. No bedspread the room itself had dirt all over the floor. I went to the front desk. They assured me that I would get a refund for my remaining stay to report it to the online company to submit the refund. I was supposed to stay for three nights. I stayed barely one woke up in the morning unable to breathe. Had to check out two days early due to having a severe allergic reaction. Now I’m being refused a refund so I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, including Motel 6 and every other online company I can find. I am completely utterly dissatisfied and disgusted. Highway robbery $338 for a trashy hotel.
