The staff is very nice and informative. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was awful no vent, high bathtub together in and out nothing to hang on to. My daughter woke up with blood stain in the bed and she wasnt bleeding can forward a picture.
Was looking forward to a unique experience, but it was nothing special, especially breakfast, did not do buffet, ordered off menu and it took at least 30 minutes for breakfast. The rooms were ultra tiny and did NOT get a bellhop to help with luggage. All in all it was very disappointing, although a beautiful hotel.
We returned for our 40th wedding anniversary. We had such a good time. It was a wonderful time.

We liked all the amenities the hotel had to offer.
The entire staff was nice and went out of their way to help us and other visitors. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I will be visiting again.
Had a great time. Already looking forward to coming back.
My granddaughters and I truly enjoyed our stay. The ghost tour was a lot of fun. All the employees were super helpful. Will do it again in a couple of years.

Hotel was great! Only problem was elevator kept breaking down, but they moved us, so wasn't to bad! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service is great! Highly recommend!
Bed was uncomfortable but everything else was good.
We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a highlight!
