Lovely historic hotel with wonderful staff.
The staff there are amazing and the historical building is beautiful. Some things that I feel are important for travelers to know are; there is no onsite parking, I spent over 30 min looking for parking and had to park five blocks away. There is a small parking lot across the street but apparently not enough spots for those staying.
Staff went out of there way to make our stay awesome.

Very unique hotel. Attention to detail tremendous history. If you like history, this is the hotel to be at. We took the two-hour walking tour given by one of the hotels employees. Would highly recommend the tour.

Staff was exceptional from the front desk, elevator operators, waiters and maid service. You can walk to everything downtown. It made ourNew Years very special.

The hotel is conveniently located staff friendly and rooms very clean. The rooms are very small and being dog friendly would be nice to have grassy area to take dog to. Making reservations third party I found to be rude glad it was not the case with actual staff. Need to be able to do stairs as the only elevator requires staff to operate.
