Check in and out comfortable. Was not told that we needed to place our used towels outside our door for exchange of new towels. The lady on the evening shift was very polite and exchanged the towels for us. so it would have been nice for someone to tell us the policy when we checked in. There were a few of us making our waffles and we did not know to turn the handle when the beep beep went off. staff had to tell us to turn the handle and a few didn't know to flip it. So a sign would be nice. We ran out of soap the last morning so I told check out staff so hopefully they replaced it. The freezer needed defrosting. My bed needed a new mattress it sunk in when I laid down. The bathroom was outstanding new, great shower, sink and toilet.
Really enjoyed my stay, I will return.
