The Hilton Akron/Fairlawn offers a range of amenities including a bar/lounge, parking, elevator, gym, pool, restaurant, spa, WiFi/Internet, pet-friendly rooms, laundry facilities, non-smoking rooms, breakfast, air conditioning, 24/7 front desk, business center, spa tub, meeting rooms, and an electric car charging station.
Hotel suite was not up to par. Real small shower, burnt out lights in vanity, small TV at vanity didn't work. Certainly not worthy of $350 per night. The rest of the property was clean and well maintained..but the rooms need dire attention.
Other than we found a stain on the sheets on the bed by the bathroom, it was good.
Fine location and excellent breakfast dining. Suites are very nice.
Clean rooms were very comfortable. Staff was very polite.

We have stayed many times at this hotel and have had a marvelous experience ourselves and with the guests we have brought with us or met there for an evening at Beau’s. This time was very very different. Our room was dirty, cold, lampshades were broken, there were no amenities in a full kitchen, the heater was incredibly noisy and blew cold air on us all night long and there was no salt outside on the icy walkway at the entrance point to our room. When we called for sheets and a comforter for the pullout bed in our suite and for washcloths because we did not have any, they were set on the dirty floor outside of our room instead of somebody knocking at the door. Who wants to put their face on any of that??! There may as well not have been a tub with jets because it was so filthy with dust, hair and mold that there is no way we would’ve gone near it. To add salt to the wounds I have never paid more for a room there. Exceedingly disappointing to the point that it outweighs the years of exceptional stays and we will not be back.
I stayed for a week at the Akron/Fairlawn Hilton. The hotel had great service and amenities. I also enjoyed the on site restaurant, “Beau’s”. The food was excellent! I’ll be back next year.
For the price, poor. The coffee station was sticky and all the items, stir stick, sugar, etc. were stuck to it. For the price of the room, this is unacceptable.
