This is the most frustrating experience. I had s room booked for a event in July. I needed the day before so I called I didn't realize he booked for June. So my card has been charged I was told I would be getting a voucher that has yet to cone. I asked that I get the correct date I asked for. No response they had to escalate to get the room in July. They had my original reservation number, this has been nothing but a nightmare.
Probably will not use this place again, definitely not recommended to others.

I brought my family here to have a pool side staycation. We received warm delicious cookies as soon as we arrived but the charm stopped there. The water in the pool was so murky we could not see dive sticks. There were guests at the pool smoking on the balcony with the door open and unsupervised children running around. Not once did an employee enter the pool area.
For having a group of 25 stay at the Doubletree in Lisle you would think it would be hard to please everyone. It was not the case this weekend. Everyone had a wonderful time. All the staff at the hotel were amazing and very accommodating to certain needs of our group. For me personally I was able to get my room early and the refrigerator I requested was already in the room. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Staff was helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room and bath were spacious. The restaurant was good, we ate one dinner and one breakfast and the food was very tasty.

Everything was great except for the lack of luggage carts. There were NONE to be found at checkout time Sunday morning.
