This was a five star experience at a reasonable rate. I was able to have my two small dogs stay with us. Valet parking was nice. Staff was kind and knowledgeable. It is a beautiful hotel and quite comfortable.
Quiet and clean with staff who were very helpful quick to respond to any question and the restaurant is a huge bonus..we ate several meals and each one was wonderful with the nicest staff on every shift.
Everything I listed above sets this hotel above the average. The only down side was trying to contact the Hotel. My wife left a new coat she had just purchased in the closet and did not notice unit we returned home. Some 160 miles away. we tried contacting the Hotel by phone over 40 times and all we got were hang ups. The 888 number is a joke. Could not find a direct number anywhere. all she wanted was to pay for the coat to be shipped back to us. Brent and Pam Gaulke 206 369 1750.
