During our recent stay, we were so very impressed with every single person employed at the hotel. From desk clerk, to maintenance people, to cleaning stuff, all were kind, friendly and thoughtful. Just can’t say enough about them. The room was also very clean and smelled fresh and clean rather than overwhelmingly,deodorized, which was nice. Pool area was nice, workout room was nice and we even enjoyed playing cards in the evening down in the breakfast area as did several other people we noticed. Plenty of fabulous hot water for everyone. Nice refrigerator, nice TV, USB ports next to the bed. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you, Hampton Inn of Branson Hills!
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Very clean. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Looking forward to coming back here soon. This is what a hotel experience should be. Front desk staff made you feel like family.
The housekeeping staff person was wonderful. We liked the coffee station always available.
Kimberly was very helpful in our attempt to utilize hotel vouchers. All staff (from desk, housekeeping, kitchen) were very friendly and helpful.
