This hotel is extremely dated and very expensive. There are few real amenities and they are on the sparse side. I needed help with lights in my room. The front desk provided misleading information. The night maintenance man came up, fixed the problem. When I asked where the switch worked, he replied, “Right in front of your face!” I found this extremely rude and as the switch was hidden by hotel brochures and not where the front desk said, I just figured the maintenance department has very poor hiring practices. I will never stay at this place again.

We stayed in room 407 it was so clean! Ypu could smell the cleanliness as ypu opened the door to the room. Who ever is on that floor keeping it all good does an excellent job!

The entire staff from check in to checkout was excellent. They even had great recommendations on the eateries and shops nearby.
