The gentleman at the check in desk was very helpful and our stay was pleasant. However, I was very unhappy with the reservation system. My first call was to a service. As soon as I realized that I hung up on the call. I googled “direct phone line to Williamstown, MA Fairfield Inn”. The number that came up was the correct area code so I asked the agent who answered if he was in that motel. He said yes so I booked three rooms. I also asked the price of the rooms and he said $169. I said okay. She. He gave me the price for the three rooms it was $868. I questioned it and he said that’s with the taxes and fees. I let it go as we were there for a family funeral and I did not want to make a scene. I think you are hurting your business but dealing with that third party. He put us much more expensive rooms and told me lies.

My stay was nice. Very clean, pleasant staff. Will be back.

Front desk staff is excellent. Helpful, friendly and efficient. Maid was wonderful.
The ADA room was great. For the first time I didn't need a stool to get into bed as it was just the right height. The shower was terrific. It was perfect.
The staff was friendly, attentive and professional!. There was coffee provided in the room. The breakfast was toast, bagels, pancakes, cereal, muffins.
