The room was not what we requested having a handicapped room was inconvenient.
Overall very nice stay. However, room was on the 10th floor overlooking the pool. Scent of chlorine was very strong. Very noisy from people in the pool, until after 9pm. Be sure to request a room away from the pool area.
This hotel was very clean. They have their own parking garage which is off of a main street. The rooms looked very well kept up and very pleasant staff. I would definitely stay here again.
As always, my stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites Duluth Downtown was uneventful and without issues or concerns. The staff at the Holiday Inn continue to be top notch. From my perspective, they are always looking out for your best interests to ensure your stay is pleasant one.

The staff was very accommodating and the location and view was great. The bed was uncomfortable. Both my wife and I could barely sleep in it and woke up with back pain. The toilet ran for most of the night. Decent for what it is, not sure I'd stay again, especially at the price.
Switched rooms to be on the same floor as another family member when we arrived (our mistake for not having done that in advance.) room was musty and smelled of chlorine and bleach as the window faced out to the pool area. We didn’t have time for repacking and changing rooms due to wedding itinerary. The fan was circulating air without cooling it since we had it on the “minimum temp restriction” of 66 and we were still sweating! Phone was dirty and tub didn’t drain while showering I was standing in water up to my ankles. Would never stay there again!
