Worn down property. Carpet and wallpaper need replaced. Not worth what I had to pay. Really surprised it’s associated to PFW. FW can do way better.
Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.
The staff is extremely friendly and pleasant and helpful. But some deep cleaning would raise the appeal to match the staff. Vestibule entrance smells like a gym and is very offensive and the first impression. My carpet in my room was very dirty and spotted and it smelled like a gym unless I kept the A/C running. Bed comforter was torn, bed was not changed or made when towels were changed. Desk chair’s leather arms were worn down to the fabric backing and peeling. AC/Heat unit vents when you looked in at them were very dirty so I wondered about the quality of the air. Cushion of lounge chair had stains. A good deep cleaning of the carpets will do wonders. The pool was closed as well. They may be too busy to do it because they are nice and in a good location but some things shouldn’t be put off to maintain. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.
Carpet was badly stained, coffee maker did not work and my husband had no hot water for his shower. Not up to Holiday Inn standards.

Stayed many times, always clean and comfortable.
This is a clean older hotel, bed exelent and staff very nice.
The employees were excellent and I liked the room.
The women at the front desk were welcoming and excellent. Rooms were clean and in good condition. There were no cups for coffee or water in one room. On Sunday morning breakfast was simple. We were told that the employee who was supposed to make breakfast quit. The remaining staff did a good job filling in providing food. I wish that hotel beds weren't so high; it is hard for me to get in.

Hotel was very nice, room was clean and staff was great! We had forgotten to get a birthday card and they were more than happy to let us borrow a permanent marker to write messages in the books!
Fixed the next day day. Room was cold.not enough towels.no info as yo how to get in touch with front desk from room .I fidnt realize that TV wasn't working until 11pm When I wanted yo relax and watch tv.good breakfast.no blankets in room for when I was cold.paid 200$ a night totally wasn't worth it.asked for a room with walk in shower.found out my friends room had a walk in shower.
